Digital Twin for Industry 4.0

Project Description
As part of the project, we developed a digital twin for companies and production plants that brings a new perspective to the management and optimization of production and logistics processes. The digital twin is an accurate virtual representation of the entire organization that mirrors the movement of materials, machine utilization, and the status of production lines in real time.
The solution allows managers and operators to monitor the entire process on an interactive visualization, identify weak points, and respond immediately to changes. Thanks to integration with sensors and internal information systems, the digital twin can predict possible malfunctions, propose optimal routes for logistics, and optimize production planning.
